Jake is the energetic Senior Producer behind our best projects, and he's also Moo's Co-Founder. He has boundless energy when bringing production together, and thrives on working with our creatives and collaborators in a way that sees big ideas come to life. Jake is passionate about being accessible and collaborative with our clients, and is a natural when it comes to project management. Off the clock, Jake pedals through life on two wheels, cultivates his green thumb, particularly tending to his lawn, and in the kitchen, orchestrates culinary symphonies…at least he thinks.

Jono brings a playful creativity and humble expertise to the world of film, having dabbled in everything from shorts to features, TV, and commercials. As a co-founder of Moo and the team's go-to director, he's all about knitting together fresh, imaginative concepts that resonate with our brands. When he's not behind the camera, you might find him adventuring outdoors, lost in music, or sampling the latest foodie hotspots.

Warwick is a multi-award-winning journalist with a 15-year journey through multimedia, including music production and animation. As one of our incredibly talented editors, he blends his passion for documentary storytelling with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every project resonates deeply and authentically. Warwick's pursuit of perfection and creative flair make him the kind of uncompromising editor you want creating a story for you. He adds incredible creative value to any project he touches.

Mal's keen eye for story is his superpower for unlocking the narrative in every project. Holding a Master's in Documentary Filmmaking, he has created stories all over the world: Tibet, Kyrgyzstan, New Zealand and here in Australia. Mal's passion for editing and motion design is evident in his work, and his deeply insightful nature shapes not only post-production, but all aspects of the projects we work on. Mal used to have interests and hobbies, but now he has children.

Jess is a Client Producer at MOO who loves storytelling and building relationships with clients and creatives. She loves collaborating, bringing ideas to life and being right in the thick of the process from start to finish.
Outside of MOO, Jess plays taxi driver and chef to her three young kids. She loves a dinner party or long lunch with friends, but is equally happy getting lost in a good book, heading to the theatre or going for a long walk.. it's all about balance ;)

Brendan is a filmmaker and editor with more than 10 years experience creating distinctive work across film, branded content and social media. He brings together cinematography, editing and creative direction to shape stories from first idea through to final cut. Brendan combines technical precision with an instinct for character and visually engaging storytelling. His work has reached millions of people across social media platforms and includes collaborations with Netflix and leading Australian brands. Whether working independently or as part of a team, he brings curiosity, resourcefulness and a creative voice to every production.

Darcy is MOO’s Assistant Creative Director, bringing his experience as an award-winning director and producer to the team. With a background in photography, he’s worked across commercials, narrative film and music videos, bringing a hands-on approach, a strong work ethic and a love for ambitious ideas to every project. Outside of work, you’ll probably find him at a live music gig, taking photos, playing netball or cooking something extravagant for dinner.
